Job summary

IDEA Public Schools is seeking an Assistant Principal of Operations to oversee campus operations at two IDEA sites. The role drives operational excellence in front office, SIS, nutrition services, transportation, health, business office, facilities, and new construction coordination.

The APO will lead a team of operations staff, manage enrollment efforts, and ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines while striving for high attendance and student persistence across campuses.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required.
• Experience: Experience managing and developing others to achieve ambitious results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee campus operations across two IDEA sites, including front office management and student information systems.
• Lead and coach operations staff to retain top performers and implement accountability frameworks.
• Drive enrollment efforts and onboarding to meet annual ADA and enrollment targets.
• Coordinate transportation, child nutrition, health services, facilities, and other non-instructional services for on-time school opening.
