Responsibilities

  • Serve as the chief campus executive, accountable for overall performance, compliance, and culture.
  • Lead all campus operations including admissions, financial aid, business office, registrar, student success, and academic programs.
  • Translate institutional strategy into local execution, driving enrollment, persistence, financial health, and academic outcomes.
  • Maintain full campus P&L accountability: manage revenue, expenses, and operating margin; partner with finance on A/R and bad debt.
  • Ensure operational excellence through KPI monitoring and executive reporting.
  • Oversee all academic programs, ensuring compliance with standards; supervise faculty scheduling and evaluation.
  • Champion a student-centered environment; lead retention and persistence strategies.
  • Drive enrollment growth and align with budget; manage compliance with Title IV and regulations.
  • Hire and develop high-performing leaders; promote transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain audit readiness; zero critical findings; ensure timely actions and reporting.
  • Represent the institution with professionalism and build community partnerships.

The Campus President is the senior leader responsible for driving overall campus performance, operational excellence, academic quality, and student success. This dual role combines strategic leadership, operational oversight, and academic stewardship to ensure that every student receives a high-quality educational experience, and the campus meets institutional goals for enrollment, retention, compliance, and financial health.

The President leads cross-functional teams in admissions, financial aid, academics, student persistence, and business operations—fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and mission-driven service.

Strategic & Operational Leadership
  • Serve as the chief campus executive, accountable for overall performance, compliance, and culture.
  • Lead all campus operations including admissions, financial aid, business office, registrar, student success, and academic programs.
  • Translate institutional strategy into local execution, driving key outcomes across enrollment, persistence, financial health, and academic outcomes.
  • Maintain full campus P&L accountability: manage revenue, expenses, and operating margin; partner with finance to monitor A/R, collections, and bad debt.
  • Ensure operational excellence through daily KPI monitoring, weekly leadership cadence, and timely executive reporting.
Academic & Student Experience Oversight
  • Oversee all academic programs, ensuring compliance with institutional, accreditor, and board standards.
  • Supervise faculty utilization, scheduling, classroom delivery, and evaluation processes.
  • Ensure all faculty observations and academic reporting (attendance, grades, SAP) are completed accurately and on time.
  • Champion a student-centered environment that promotes engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes.
  • Lead retention and persistence strategies with the Student Persistence Specialist, Deans, and Registrar.
Enrollment, Retention & Financial Accountability
  • Achieve or exceed enrollment start goals; ensure full compliance with admissions and packaging processes.
  • Drive retention and graduation rates aligned with budget and institutional benchmarks.
  • Partner with business office on collections and financial counseling strategies to minimize bad debt.
  • Maintain compliance with Title IV, FERPA, ADA, and accreditation standards.
Team Leadership & Culture
  • Hire, coach, and retain high-performing department leaders.
  • Establish a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones, team meetings, and campus updates to drive communication and alignment.
  • Promote professional development and training completion for all staff and faculty.
Compliance & Accreditation
  • Maintain audit readiness; achieve zero critical or repeat findings.
  • Ensure timely completion of corrective actions and submission of required reports.
  • Uphold accreditor and regulatory standards across all departments.
Community Engagement
  • Represent the institution with professionalism and integrity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employers, advisory boards, and community partners to strengthen placement outcomes and campus reputation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Financial Health : Meets/exceeds revenue and margin goals; controls expenses and bad debt within thresholds.
  • Enrollment Growth : Achieves start goals, packaging timelines, and conversion benchmarks.
  • Student Success : Meets/exceeds persistence, retention, graduation, and placement benchmarks.
  • Academic Quality : 100% faculty observations completed; utilization within benchmarks; zero accreditation deficiencies.
  • Compliance : Zero critical audit findings; timely Title IV disbursements and reporting.
  • Culture & Talent : Staff turnover within thresholds; training completion 100%; positive engagement survey results.
  • Student Experience : NPS at/above institutional benchmark; ≥40% survey participation.

Salary range: $150,000-200,000/annually
