The University of Nevada, Reno’s Center for the Application of Substance Abuse Technologies is seeking a student worker for Spring 2027 and beyond. The role entails data entry, answering phone lines, greeting campus guests, mail distribution, and various clerical tasks across campus facilities.

You must be an undergraduate student enrolled with at least 6 credits during Fall or Spring terms. Compensation is $12.00 per hour with flexible 15–20 hours per week, suitable for a student schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately and timely.
• Answer multi-line phones and direct calls to extensions.
• Greet visitors and direct to appropriate offices and locations on campus.
• Distribute mail and assist with mailroom tasks.
• Run cross-campus errands as needed.
• Stock photocopiers and assist with copying tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
