Responsibilities

• Administers therapy evaluations and develops treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
• Analyzes data and assesses functional ability; creates and revises plans as needed.
• Implements rehabilitation activities to improve physical, perceptual, cognitive, and functional skills.
• Educates patient and family on therapy goals and participates in discharge planning.
• Documents care and supports billing and department statistics.
