• Selects activities suited to patient level to maximize independence.
• Educates patients and families about the therapy program and progress; participates in care meetings.
• Documents care in medical records and completes billing; maintains safe environment.
• Assists in education and development of staff; supervises caseload and staff performance.
• Participates in department quality improvement and program development initiatives.
• Supervises students according to Practice Standards.
