• Coordinate with campus principal to manage schedule changes and resolve personnel issues.
• Ensure safe, high-quality food production according to policies.
• Provide food handler safety training at the campus level.
• Maintain logs for equipment maintenance and perform preventive maintenance.
• Monitor inventory and maintain clean storage areas.
• Compile reports and assist payroll records as needed.
