Clear Creek ISD seeks an experienced Elementary School Child Nutrition Manager to supervise, train, and manage food service operations on an entire campus, ensuring timely preparation and service while adhering to health codes.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid food manager’s certificate (or within 60 days), and at least 3 years in institutional food service. Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills are essential to support CCISD's mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid food manager’s certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Texas State Food Service Association certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in institutional food service operations or completion of Food Service Manager’s course.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a valid food manager’s certificate.
• Produce and maintain work schedules and production records.
• Direct daily activities in the kitchen and cafeteria.
• Maintain food production that ensures safety and quality per policies and procedures.
• Ensure food items are stored in a safe and hazard-free environment.
• Maintain serving schedules; ensure all items served per menu specifications.
• Maintain a sanitary cafeteria following health and safety codes.
• Maintain accurate reports of daily/monthly financial production and cash from registers.
• Supervise and evaluate cafeteria staff; promote growth, morale and teamwork.
• Train CN Worker I and assistant managers.
• Maintain maintenance logs and perform preventive maintenance checks.
• Justify equipment replacement to meet facility needs.
