Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Network Engineer to design, implement, and support end-to-end IT and network architectures across a campus environment. The role focuses on fiber and switch configurations, along with coordination with vendors to ensure timely deployment of IT infrastructure and AV systems.

Candidates should have hands-on networking experience, be able to troubleshoot complex issues, and support mission-critical operations on site in

Qualifications

• Clearance TS/SCI with POLY required.
• Hands-on experience with fiber networking and switch configuration.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors for quotes, procurement, and installation.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IT and network equipment across workspaces and DEMARC rooms.
• Perform Tier 1 system administration for enterprise networks and connectivity.
• Support and resolve complex break/fix issues in person and remotely.
• Install and decommission CAT6 and fiber cabling (LC/SC).
• Provide input on LAN/WAN design and installation standards.
• Set up and support A/V systems (Extron, AMX, Crestron).
• Respond to support requests with timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
