Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of network engineering experience.
• Master’s degree and 10 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced operational support and escalation for Tier-1 issues.
• Manage campuswide network and services, lead infrastructure projects.
• Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise network services including NAC, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, and RADIUS.
• Develop documentation, diagrams, and automation scripts to improve operations.
• Evaluate new technologies and lead architectural design for major upgrades.
