Job summary

Epic is seeking a network engineer to install, configure, and support our campus and cloud networks. You’ll evaluate technology and influence changes in Epic's internal infrastructure, with a focus on modern switching and routing platforms.

You’ll design and troubleshoot WAN connectivity, leverage Terraform and Ansible for deployments, and join a small, collaborative team committed to keeping Epic’s networks running smoothly for healthcare customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience or interest in switches, routers, access points, and/or UPSes.
• Proficiency with Cisco enterprise hardware; CCNA/CCNP helpful.
• Relocation to Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.
