Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA seeks a Campus Staff Minister to lead witnessing communities on college campuses. You will collaborate with students and faculty, develop ministry plans, and recruit partners to support mission and growth.

You will build teams, mentor interns, and mobilize campus networks toward gospel-centered goals while upholding InterVarsity values and doctrinal basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to minister to diverse communities.
• Familiarity with office software and ability to manage simple administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pursue maturity as a disciple through Scripture, prayer, and worship in community.
• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship.
• Develop leadership teams, set annual goals, and coordinate programs and structures.
