Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is seeking a Campus Staff Minister to lead ministry on college campuses. The role focuses on spiritual growth, campus leadership, and partnership development, with responsibilities spanning from discipleship and teaching to program planning and fundraising.

The position requires working within a team of staff and volunteers, raising 100% of the budget, and collaborating across local and national networks to expand witnessing communities on campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus. An Associate’s degree is required for CSMs assigned to a two-year campus or community college.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; problem solving and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Pursue growth as a disciple of Jesus through Scripture, prayer and worship.
• Lead and develop campus leadership in line with InterVarsity Core Values.
• Engage diverse student and faculty groups to advance campus ministry.
• Raise 100% of the financial budget and cultivate partnerships.
• Plan annual goals and coordinate with teams to meet growth targets.
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers to ensure mission alignment.
