Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is seeking a Campus Staff Minister to plant and grow witnessing communities of students and faculty on college campuses. You will lead, mentor, and mobilize teams to pursue biblical goals and to develop lifelong leaders who reflect Christ on campus.

The role emphasizes spiritual growth, campus leadership, and collaboration with national and local staff to raise financial support and expand ministry impact on multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs on four-year campuses; associate degree for two-year or community college campuses
• Strong interpersonal skills including ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software

Responsibilities

• Pursue a vibrant relationship with God through Scripture, prayer, and worship, individually and in community
• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship experiences
• Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned by your supervisor
• Develop leadership teams and ministry plans aligned to campus goals
• Collaborate with national leaders and regional staff to advance InterVarsity’s mission
