Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is seeking a Campus Staff Minister to plant and build witnessing communities on college and university campuses. This full-time role focuses on guiding students and faculty in faith, growth, and mission through Scripture, prayer, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus; an associate degree is acceptable for two-year campuses.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Pursue a vibrant relationship with God through Scripture, prayer, and worship, both individually and in community.
• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship experiences.
• Develop ministry plans and goals with teams to achieve growth and annual objectives.
