InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is seeking a Campus Staff Minister (CSM) to lead ministry on college campuses in Minnesota. The role emphasizes developing leadership teams, guiding ministry plans, and engaging students and faculty to advance the gospel through Scripture, prayer, and community.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree (associate degree for certain campuses) and strong communication, relational skills, and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills (including ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software

Responsibilities

• Lead ministry programs and campus teams with a focus on spiritual growth and mission alignment
• Develop and execute annual ministry plans and goals with prayer, research and reflection
• Mobilize students and faculty to engage relational networks and start new missional communities
• Collaborate with supervisors and national leaders to ensure effective ministry delivery
