Job summary

Qualifications

• Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement and Code of Conduct.
• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a four‑year campus; Associate’s for two‑year campus or community college.
• Strong interpersonal skills including ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software.
