InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA in Minnesota invites applications for a Campus Staff Minister (CSM) role in a full-time, fundraising-funded position. You will lead and develop witnessing communities among students and faculty, aligning programs with InterVarsity’s vision and values.

The role emphasizes spiritual formation, campus leadership, and collaboration with staff and volunteers to raise financial support and advance ministry on campus, including training and mentoring others.

Qualifications

• Annually affirm InterVarsity’s doctrinal basis and Code of Conduct.
• Bachelor’s degree required for four-year campus; associate degree for two-year campus.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural ministry skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Pursue a vibrant relationship with God through Scripture, prayer, and worship.
• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship.
• Develop ministry plans and teams to close gaps toward aspirational goals.
• Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned by your supervisor.
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers to reflect biblical excellence.
