InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA seeks a full-time Campus Staff Minister (CSM) in Minnesota to recruit, equip, and mobilize students and faculty for gospel-centered campus ministry.

The role emphasizes spiritual growth, leadership development, and collaboration with national staff, volunteers, and alumni to start new witnessing communities. Salary is funded by donor support, with a targeted range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement and abide by conduct codes.
• Bachelor’s degree required for 4-year campus assignments; associate’s for 2-year campus.
• Strong interpersonal skills including working with diverse communities and faculty.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving abilities.
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Spiritual growth: develop relationship with God through Scripture, prayer and worship.
• Campus leadership: lead students and faculty, set annual goals and build teams.
• Organizational collaboration: partner with supervisors, submit forms, attend conferences.
• Ministry partnership development: raise funds, maintain donor relationships and networks.
