You will work with students and faculty, fundraise, and collaborate across a national network. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and strong interpersonal skills, with responsibility for mentoring, policy compliance,

• Create a culture of dependence on God and bold expectation for new campuses.
• Model InterVarsity Core Values and engage every ethnic and social group on campus.
• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship.
• Set annual goals through prayer, research and team reflection.
• Build leadership teams and align programs with campus goals.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve yearly campus goals.
• Mobilize students and faculty to start new witnessing communities.
• Coordinate cross-campus collaboration and leverage national resources.
• Partner with supervisors and national leaders effectively.
• Affiliate chapters and increase partnerships with alumni and students.
• Utilize conferences and internal resources for outreach and development.
• Complete reporting and planning to improve ministry impact.
• Comply with all InterVarsity policies and procedures.
