InterVarsity Christian Fellowship in Wisconsin seeks a part-time Campus Staff Minister to guide undergraduate ministry at UW–Madison. This role focuses on spiritual growth, campus leadership, and collaborative ministry with students and faculty on a four-year campus.

The position is funded through fundraising, with pay range $33,900 to $45,204 per year, and benefits package. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s or associate degree and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus; Associate’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a two-year campus or a community college
• Strong interpersonal skills (including ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software

• Develop ministry plans, recruit leaders, and set annual goals.
