The position is full-time with pay range noted and prorated compensation for hours below 40 per week. Candidates will align with InterVarsity values and the doctrinal basis in daily ministry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for CSMs on four-year campuses; Associate's for two-year campuses.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software.
• Commitment to InterVarsity values and doctrinal statements.

Responsibilities

• Pursue a vibrant relationship with God through Scripture, prayer, and worship.
• Develop self-leadership and relational integrity.
• Lead campus teams with vision and accountability to achieve annual goals.
• Build leadership teams and align programs to strategic objectives.
• Raise 100% of the assigned financial budget through ministry partnerships.
• Collaborate with supervisors and national leaders to advance InterVarsity’s mission.
