Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is seeking a Campus Staff Minister (CSM) to plant and build witnessing communities of students and faculty on campus. The role emphasizes spiritual growth, leadership, and collaboration with national leaders.

As a CSM, you will recruit, develop and empower diverse groups, lead programs, and align ministry plans to campus needs, while raising the necessary financial support to fund your salary. This full-time position is based in Arkansas.

• Develop self-leadership and relational integrity.

• Set annual goals with teams for growth and leadership development.
• Create and align ministry plans, programs, and structures.
• Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned by your supervisor.
