Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA in Illinois is seeking a Campus Staff Minister (CSM) to lead ministry among students and faculty on campus. The role involves spiritual growth, campus leadership, and organizational collaboration to start and sustain witnessing communities in line with InterVarsity’s Core Values.

The position requires building leadership, setting annual goals, and raising the designated budget while partnering with national staff.

Qualifications

• Affirms InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement and Code of Conduct.
• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs on four-year campuses.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse faculty and students.

Responsibilities

• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, and discipleship.
• Set annual goals with teams for growth and leadership development.
• Develop ministry plans and align programs with campus goals.
• Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned by your supervisor.
• Collaborate with supervisors and national leaders.
