Responsibilities

• Pursue a vibrant relationship with God through Scripture, prayer, and worship in community.
• Develop self-leadership and relational integrity.
• Lead and mentor students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, and discipleship.
• Set annual goals with teams for growth and leadership development.
• Build leadership teams and execute plans to achieve yearly goals.
• Mobilize students and faculty to share the gospel and start new missional communities.
• Collaborate with national InterVarsity staff and affiliates to maintain standards and partnerships.
