Job summary

This is a full-time role, open to part-time hours if needed, with fundraising obligations and a focus on spiritual leadership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement and Code of Conduct.
• Bachelor’s degree (four-year campus) or Associate’s degree (two-year/community college).
• Diversity and communication skills; ability to work with faculty and students.

Responsibilities

• Pursue a vibrant relationship with God through Scripture, prayer, and worship.
• Develop self-leadership, relational integrity, and resiliency.
• Lead and grow witnessing communities on campus and in the local network.
• Build partnerships with churches and alumni to fund the ministry.
