Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship is seeking a Campus Staff Minister in Pennsylvania to cultivate witnessing communities on college campuses and to mentor students and faculty in a Christ-centered mission.

You will lead visionary programs, cultivate diverse campus teams, and coordinate discipleship initiatives that reflect InterVarsity’s Core Values. This role emphasizes spiritual growth, leadership development, and campus-wide collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Pursue a vibrant relationship with the triune God through Scripture, prayer, and worship, both individually and in community.
• Communicate and model InterVarsity’s vision to see students and faculty transformed, campuses renewed and world changers developed.
• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship experiences, so that ministry activities align with the vision.
• Set annual goals through prayer, research and reflection with your teams for growth, including conversions and leadership development.
