Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is seeking a Campus Staff Minister (CSM) in the Connecticut area. The role centers on growing witnessing communities on college campuses, mentoring students and faculty, and coordinating ministry plans aligned with InterVarsity’s vision.

You will work with universities and departments, raising funds and resources to support ministry, while modeling biblically-based leadership and a commitment to diverse campus engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential for ministry to diverse students and faculty.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are expected.
• Demonstrated problem solving abilities are valuable in campus ministry.

Responsibilities

• Pursue a vibrant relationship with God through Scripture, prayer, and worship in community.
• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship experiences.
• Create and execute ministry plans and goals with teams to advance InterVarsity’s mission.
