Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is seeking a Campus Staff Minister (CSM) on multiple Arkansas campuses, including Henderson State University. You will lead student and faculty ministries, build Cross-campus programs, and cultivate diverse partnerships to fund and sustain ministry.

You’ll work with local campus communities to embody core values and biblical teaching. The role requires a bachelor’s degree for four-year campuses, strong communication skills, and the ability to mobilize

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including diversity.
• Experience in fundraising or ministry partnerships is beneficial.
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned by your supervisor.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with churches, alumni and donors.
• Lead ministry teams, set goals and coordinate campus programs.
• Collaborate with supervisors and national leaders to advance the mission.
