Job summary

Decision Point is seeking Campus Ministry Field Staff to equip students to share Christ, build partnerships with local churches, recruit volunteers, and strengthen campus ministry across the region.

During the ministry year (Sept–May), you will spend 50–75% in the field coaching students, visiting schools, and connecting with pastors and community leaders. This full-time role requires travel and leadership in campus outreach.

Qualifications

• Passion for evangelism and student ministry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to lead and develop others.
• Ministry experience in a church or parachurch setting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Willing to work full-time (45+ hours/week) and travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Coach and disciple student leaders for campus outreach.
• Share the gospel and equip others to evangelize.
• Recruit, train, and mentor volunteers and leaders.
• Build partnerships with churches and community leaders.
• Supervise volunteers and part-time staff while supporting regional ministry growth.
• Travel regularly within your region and occasionally nationwide.
