Job summary

Regent University seeks a Chapel Administrative Manager to oversee service logistics for University Chapel, UnChapel, and Special Events. You will work with the Director of Campus Ministries to foster spiritual growth and community among Regent students.

You will coordinate calendars, manage speaker logistics, and supervise ministry interns while maintaining media assets and campus communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Masters in Divinity or Organizational Leadership preferred.
• Experience coordinating events or services in a spiritual or educational setting.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service logistics for University Chapel and UnChapel.
• Coordinate annual calendars of sermons, speakers, and worship providers.
• Manage speaker packets, travel itineraries, and media needs.
• Oversee CM media interns and manage social media posts.
• Maintain Campus Ministries webpage and oversee CM staff scheduling.
