Job title:Program Manager of Chapel Scholars

University:St. Augustine’s University

• Support growth and program development of the Chapel Scholars Leadership Development program.
• Supervise and assist Chapel Scholars in the development and implementation of campus wide spiritual enrichment programs and activities.
• Support the planning and coordination weekly worship services in Saint Augustine’s Chapel
• Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions. Prepare paperwork and order materials for worship and special services.
• Assist with grant writing and reporting.
• Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda for Chapel space use on campus and in the wider community. Help to schedule campus events as well as weddings, funerals and other pastoral offices.
• Partner with the Marketing & Communications department to manage Chapel communications through media relations, social media, website, SAU app, etc.
• Work with the Office of Development to recruit, build, and maintain an Episcopal Church donor base.
• Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations Livestream, Zoom retreats, etc.
