Regent University is seeking a Graduate Assistant to support Campus Ministries, Chapel and UnChapel services, and volunteer teams. You will assist with event logistics, hospitality, and budget coordination while gaining ministry leadership experience on campus in Virginia Beach.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Regent graduate student.
• Must be in good academic standing.
• Must be comfortable in leadership roles.
• Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well in a team, even in high-pressure situations.
• Must be willing to transition into a full-time role within the 2026-2027 academic year.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating Chapel and UnChapel services through hospitality coordination and volunteer team logistics.
• Attend Chapel or UnChapel weekly, alternating between them; may attend both as transition approaches full-time.
• Supervise department interns and student volunteers; attend weekly intern meetings.
• Assist with supply ordering and coordination.
• Coordinate departmental training meetings and Campus Ministries events.
• Shadow the Chapel and Admin Coordinator in administrative tasks.
• Attend meetings with Regent partners or external partners for shadowing.
• Participate in supervisory checkpoint meetings with leadership.
• Engage in public speaking/ministry opportunities.
• Assist in overseeing Campus Ministries marketing.
• Connect with ministry partners (UnChapel sponsors, church partners, etc.).
