Job summary

The University of New Mexico is seeking a Marketing Assistant/Reception for the LoboRESPECT Advocacy Center (LRAC) to support branding and communications on campus. This student role focuses on marketing, social media, and front desk tasks to promote LRAC services and LRAC events.

You will work with LRAC staff and Dean of Students, producing print and digital materials, capturing media, and coordinating outreach activities during DVAM/SAAM and other awareness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Video creation and editing for social media.
• Photography using professional camera equipment and editing tools.
• Experience managing social media accounts or designing graphic content.
• Ability to work with students, faculty, and administration.
• Experience with basic data entry and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote LRAC marketing and social media materials to strengthen brand and outreach.
• Plan and implement prevention programming for DVAM/SAAM.
• Post event flyers and maintain information on public displays.
• Facilitate student intake and front desk duties at LRAC.
• Assist in tabling UNM campus events, answering questions about LRAC services.
• Other duties as assigned.
