Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, floor plans and maintenance specs for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schedules and maintenance specs.
• Perform minor, routine and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Assist other maintenance staff (electricians, HVAC, plumbers, carpenters, masons, painters, sheet metal workers).
• Respond to service requests from occupants, including emergencies.
• Maintain a clean work site and follow safety procedures.
