Qualifications

• Must be able to sweep, shovel and remove ice.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and read and follow instructions.
• Operate lawn equipment and perform basic repairs as needed.
• Work in extreme temperatures and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• May perform a variety of duties including building and grounds maintenance, painting, snow removal, moving and setting up equipment, and assembling furniture.
• May assist the skilled crafts area as needed.
