You will follow Sodexo standards for quality, safety and presentation while maintaining a clean workstation. The position requires 0–2 years of related experience, high school diploma, and ability to read recipes and follow instructions.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation.
• Must be familiar with kitchen equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food according to current federal, state and Sodexo standards to ensure high‑quality service.
• Follow recipes and product directions for soups, meats, vegetables, desserts and other dishes.
• Read menus, estimate food requirements, check production, and plan supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and ensure proper safety and sanitation.
• Contribute to kitchen teamwork and uphold food safety standards.
• Attend shifts as scheduled and ensure timely arrival.
