Montserrat College-Art Gallery is seeking a Campus Life Assistant to support various tasks related to Campus Living like managing the pantry, assisting with events, and maintaining poster displays around campus.
This role requires independent work and strong organizational skills, aiming at sophomores or higher due to the responsibilities involved. The position offers flexible hours within a vibrant campus community.
The candidate must be proactive in their duties, communicating effectively, and building confidence in their work environment.

Schedule: 4 to 8 hours per week (flexible)
Term: Academic year
The Campus Life Assistant is a position with the Campus Life Office focusing mainly on tasks in relation to Campus Living such as helping with programs, the pantry, front desk, posters around Campus, Weekly Tea Thursdays, and representative of Campus Life.
1. Pantry Needs – restocking, evaluating needs/wants, checking expiration dates and clean out of expired foods
2. Campus Life Front Desk – answering questions (if possible) when the Campus Life Office is closed or busy, keeping the front desk tidy, greeting people
3. Poster Management – creating flyers for programs, printing, hanging up flyers, and flyer management around campus (taking down old flyers)
4. Program Prep – helping to set up or prepare and clean up for programs from Campus Life
5. Weekly Tea Monitor – set up, monitor, and clean up weekly Tea Thursdays program
Must be a Sophomore or higher. First year students won’t be considered for this position.
May involve lifting items for food pantry/set up for programs, frequent moving around for going around campus to put up/take down flyers.
