Responsibilities

• Provide circulation services (online and in‑person) for all library materials.
• Assist students and faculty with library use and electronic media access.
• Process inter‑library loan requests and intra‑library mailings.
• Maintain shelf order, perform shelf‑reading, and repair books.
• Coordinate the maintenance of the library environment and ensure equipment is used per policy.
• Assist staff with GALILEO access, internet use, printing, and software tools.
• Respond to phone, email, and chat inquiries and greet visitors.
