Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Entrata is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to ensure full occupancy and maintain high levels of tenant retention.
• Assist with maintaining accurate availability records.
• Approve and present rental applications to the General Manager.
• Manage property licenses and renewal processes with City authorities.
• Assist with move-out inspections and final account statements.
• Ensure leases and resident check-ins are accurate and efficient.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and foster good public relations.
• Prepare weekly property performance reports.
• Develop and implement advertising/marketing programs to position the property in the marketplace.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs.
