Caliber Living LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Statesboro, GA to rent apartments and support the Community Manager. The role involves daily prospect interactions, tours, and lease processing to ensure resident satisfaction.

You will assist with marketing efforts, follow-up with prospects, and coordinate move-ins while maintaining accurate lease records and managing customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in rental or property management is a plus.
• Ability to respond to inquiries via phone and internet in a timely manner.
• Strong organization and record-keeping skills.

Responsabilités

• Rent apartments to new prospects and current residents.
• Assist Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager as directed.
• Generate traffic, respond to inquiries, greet prospects, tour property, qualify leads, and close leases.
• Process rental applications and move-in documents; maintain lease files.
