Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification desirable or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred.
• Accurate typing and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing to maintain high occupancy and renewals.
• Manage rental applications and renewal processes.
• Ensure accurate availability records and leasing paperwork.
• Assist with property licensing and legal compliance.
• Support check-out inspections and move-out procedures.
• Prepare weekly property performance reports.
• Develop and implement advertising/marketing programs.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and applicants.
• Answer phones and perform general administrative duties.
