Job summary

American Campus Communities seeks a part-time Community Assistant for The Townhomes at Newtown Crossing in Lexington, KY. You will assist property management in leasing, tours, and resident services, while maintaining a welcoming, organized community experience for students and families.

You must be enrolled in a degree or certificate program and willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Salesforce experience is beneficial for leasing activities.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree or certificate program at an accredited college or university.
• Customer- focused leasing support and resident service experience is a plus.
• Availability for occasional evenings, weekends or holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop lead flow: set appointments, tour prospects, and follow up promptly.
• Assist in leasing processes and maintain Salesforce guest cards.
• Engage with residents and parents to promote ACC programming and events.
• Support Turn/Move-In/Move-Out activities and office duties.
