Qualifications

• Must be a current CSN student who has completed the FAFSA and accepted the Student Employment Award.

Responsibilities

• Greet students and assist with sign-in procedures.
• Review sign-in sheets and provide them to Tutors/Assistants.
• Maintain tutor rotations in the Learning Commons.
• Manage student expectations and provide a welcoming environment.
• Answer phones professionally and assist with inquiries.
• Respond to student questions to the best of your knowledge.
• Enter data into computer systems.
• Assist Administrative Assistants with departmental tasks.
• File documents physically and electronically.
• Clean and organize the workspace as needed.
• Make copies and scan documents.
• Assist with special projects during available time.
