Qualifications

• Must be eligible for CSN Work Study and FAFSA completed.
• Maintain enrollment in a degree/certificate program and meet Financial Aid Satisfactory Progress requirements.
• Be enrolled in at least 6 credits and meet additional eligibility requirements for the CSN program.

Responsibilities

• Answering and transferring calls on multi-line phone
• Retrieving and responding to voicemails
• Assisting walk-in students
• Helping manage and schedule student appointments
• Participating and assisting in campus events
• Additional duties as assigned
