Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is hiring an experienced cook for the Jewish Community Center of Pittsburgh. Join a fast-paced team in our collegiate dining program, where you will prepare high-quality meals, maintain kitchen standards, and help ensure excellent service for students and staff.

The role follows a daytime schedule, 7:00am–3:00pm, Monday to Friday with occasional evenings and weekends. Previous scratch cooking experience, strong multitasking, and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of culinary experience in a high-volume, quality establishment with scratch cooking emphasis.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and identify food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
