Sodexo is seeking a Cook to join Westminster University. The role involves preparing, portioning, cooking, and presenting a variety of hot and cold dishes across meal periods and events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic operation of kitchen equipment and food-handling procedures.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation.
• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food according to recipes and guidelines to ensure high-quality service.
• Follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing, cooking, and serving food.
• Estimate food requirements and monitor production and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Assist with events and meal preparation as needed.
• Attend scheduled shifts reliably.
