IDEA Public Schools Florida is seeking a Campus Technician to facilitate technology operations at assigned locations and provide on-site support for classroom technology, equipment maintenance, and staff deployment. You will work closely with the Technology Operations team to support instruction and campus initiatives, including trainings, lab setups, and project work.

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of technical support experience.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software applications.
• Ability to repair computer and technology equipment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve campus technology requests and incidents within defined timeframes.
• Communicate with clients within 24 hours about repairs.
• Collaborate with Helpdesk on reporting to identify trends and goals.
• Complete standard tickets on time and follow up with customers.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and support on campus.
