Responsibilities include on-site and remote OS installations, imaging, warranty coordination with Dell, and Tier 1 support for Google Workspace, MS Office, Box, Zoom, and video systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in a desktop support or corporate helpdesk environment.
• Proactive and able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Windows 10/11 familiarity; Mac OS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely hardware and software support for Windows and Mac.
• Troubleshoot remotely using VNC and KVM.
• Reimage systems and install OS/software onsite or remotely.
• Coordinate warranty and onsite service with Dell.
• Support Google Workspace, MS Office, Box, Zoom and Logitech video systems.
• Create user-friendly technical documentation and training.
