The role involves helpdesk case processing, SLA adherence, and collaboration with IT System/Network Administrators.

Responsibilities include desktop and peripheral support, documentation, and contributing to projects while maintaining professional service and security of lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT helpdesk support to staff, faculty, and students.
• Process helpdesk cases to SLA targets and document communications.
• Assist with classroom IT and instructional equipment operation.
• Support desktop, printers, projectors, scanners, and network equipment.
• Escalate questions to supervisor when needed.
• Develop troubleshooting guides under IT Director direction.
• Participate in IT projects and maintain equipment.
• Maintain security for lab equipment and data.
