Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 3+ years enterprise IT infra/support experience.
• Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, AD, DHCP, virtualization.
• Experience with VPNs, firewalls, and network security.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 99%+ uptime of critical IT infrastructure — networks, servers, security systems, and end-user devices.
• Lead a team of technical professionals and build a culture of excellence.
• Evaluate, research, and implement modern technologies to improve operations.
• Manage procurement and vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and SLAs.
• Develop IT policies, procedures, and standards for security and efficiency.
• Provide data-driven reporting to inform technology strategy.
• Coordinate maintenance and after-hours support for time-sensitive projects
• Maintain inventory of software licenses and hardware assets
